Boxes

GPC can engineer and manufacture boxes of all styles, shapes, flute combinations and board grades to meet your specific requirements. Our high speed box presses and die-cutting equipment allow for low-, mid- or large-scale production runs with exceptional, multi-color printing capabilities.

Regular Slotted Container (RSC)

This is the most commonly produced container style. All flaps have the same length, with the outer (usually the length flaps) meeting at the center of the box when folded.

Half Slotted Container (HSC)

Same as Regular Slotted Container without one set of flaps.

Die Cut Box

A die cut box has a unique design that requires angular, circular, or other unusual cuts, slots and scores. Die cut boxes offer additional customizations such as self-locking tabs and special perforations.

Full Overlap Container (FOL)

This style has flaps that are equal to the width of the box and fully overlap the top and bottom. This style is especially resistant to rough handling and is an excellent option for an end-loaded carton.

Full or Partial Telescopic Boxes (FTC/PTC)

Telescope boxes usually consist of a separate top, or top and bottom that fit over each other or a separate body.

Five Panel Folders (FPF)

Scored and slotted with a fifth panel used as the closing flap. This box has no manufacturers joint and is best used for longer, flatter objects with the FOL flaps offering excellent puncture resistance and stacking strength when laid flat.

Custom Corrugated

Structural stability inside the box protects your product from shock, shifting and vibration – the leading causes of product damage. Whether it’s a partition system, inserts or end caps, corrugated can offer customers a cost-effective, recyclable option for protecting your product.

Corrugated Inserts & End Caps

Corrugated end caps give unrivalled protection of corners and increase the stability of product inside the outer case during transit and are an alternative to polystyrene, polyethylene or polyurethane end caps. End caps are designed and manufactured to your product’s shape and dimensions. Each solution is optimized to minimize waste and usage of corrugated board.

Partition
Systems

GPC offers partitions made from corrugated paper, board or plastic materials for multiple packaging applications. Our partitions can compliment many of our packaging options and are often an integral part of packaging design.

Corrugated
Pallets

Corrugated pallets are widely used for export shipments along with shipping lightweight products. They can be designed to fit any type of product and size. Let GPC help you determine if a corrugated pallet will work for your products.

Triple Wall / Heavy Duty Packaging

Gaylords, air-freight containers, bulk bins – if strength is what you’re looking for, GPC has you covered. Utilizing all classes of double wall and triple wall, GPC can produce heavy duty containers the way you want them – fully setup or palletized KDF (knocked down flat).
